First update
Deck of Desire » Devlog
I finally came arround to fix a lot of bugs, fix balancing issues and add some new features to this little proyect I love.
The plan is simply to keep adding things with time until the game comes out of the prototype state.

I dont really have any words lol I'm just grateful for the update!

Some really nice balance changes in this update. I was finally able to clear the boss battle and didn't find the other encounters too difficult either. The flow of the game was significantly improved from the game jam release, very nicely done!
The shop confused me a bit at first, but I think the idea of that sort of trade system is really interesting. 100 for removing cards is a little expensive, and it may be better to allow that option to be picked multiple times. Otherwise players will skip new cards out of fear of ruining their decks.
The hands-on tutorial is nice, but might be a bit much. I think most players would just want something brief. It also softlocked the game for me.
Thanks a lot for the kind words.
It feels good to have some positive feedback.
What happend in the tutorial that got you softlocked?
I think the tutorial progressed out of order. I skipped the turn when I had the unplayable card in hand and several turns later a message appeared that the card was too expensive to play when I didn't even have it. The game ended up in a state where the menus were non-responsive.
...
It seems the lock on the end button didn't work.
I'll check on that.
